What is an IA Robot?
IA (Intelligent Automation) robots are robots that forcibly learn the business know-how that humans have learned so far in low-code and perform work instead of humans.
It is classified as a reinforcement learning system of [Supervised Learning], which is one of the AI terminology Machine Learning.
IA robots operate automatically by completely copying the actions and judgments of humans (experts and specialists).
We also offer software robots customized exclusively for our customers.
Background of our software robots
Factories have a long history of automating human tasks with robots, and most of them currently use Factory Automation (FA) robots.
FA robots are made-to-order robots (dedicated machines) exclusively for customers who are introduced to the production line.
Robots are active in each process in the factory, and the "Process Flow" is realized through communication between the robots.
Similarly at our company, we has robotized each person's IT work, realized a "Process Flow" by communication between multiple robots, and has already provided it for more than 15 years over.
Our software robots are framework robots designed to automate simple to complex tasks performed by humans, and are intended to be implemented in a short period of time and at a reasonable price through low code.
Until now, system operation has been a labor-intensive operation method that gathers specialists in each field, such as operators, network engineers, database engineers, and application engineers. It is necessary to understand the unique terminology provided by many IT manufacturers (Groupware, ERP, Financial accounting software, Cloud services, Network equipment, Databases, etc.) and learn specialized operations. that is very difficult, and requires a lot of work and time. Furthermore, the system for each business type is a unique system composed of a combination of various manufacturers.
The introduction of IA robots makes it possible to easily automate system operations, from dedicated screen operations (UI), which were difficult until now, to the judgment of specialist engineers and the automation of coordinated operations. As a result, by introducing an IA robot developed exclusively for the customer by the operator, it is possible to realize a knowledge-intensive solution that allows the system to be operated on behalf of a specialist engineer.
Operational methods that do not rely on human resources are expected to reduce various risks, costs, and lead times incurred at conventional operational sites.
